Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and provide exceptional service

• Maintain product knowledge to answer customer inquiries

• Process transactions efficiently using the POS system

• Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals

• Handle customer returns and exchanges as needed

• Work collaboratively with team members and management

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or sales experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, positive, and outgoing attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to work past 5 PM (as needed), no weekends or holidays

• High school diploma or equivalent
